Abstract:
Psychosis means a disorder occurring in the mind. It can also be said that this is a condition of a person's mental health which cannot be called normal as compared to a healthy person. The behavior of people who suffer from mental illness is determined to be abnormal or maladaptive and involves significant distress or disability. We all know them as psychiatry, mental illness, mental illness or mental disorder. In India, almost one person suffers from mental illness every year, although the severity of the disease can be more or less. Although the disease may be more or less, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) conducted a comprehensive study for the first time in 2017 regarding the burden of mental illness on India. This study revealed that 4.57 crore people suffer from mental disorders. 4.49 crore people suffer from depression and anxiety. Research has also revealed that mental illness is the biggest problem in India. Depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, anxiety, illness, conduct disorder etc. are types of mental illness. Even in this, those who worry are the most troubled. In this research, I tried to do research on both those who do yoga and those who do not do it, through various dimensions of yoga like asana, pranayama, meditation etc. I found that the people who practice yoga daily have less anxiety levels. Whereas the level of anxiety of those who do not do yoga was found to be very high. This proves that a person practicing yoga has very little anxiety, stress, etc.
